The New Universal Short Sale Guidelines for investors are to be announced in the next couple weeks.
The goal is to cut down on the paperwork and standardize forms.
By setting a industry standard the hope is to eliminate the time consuming back and forth negotiations that as we all know can make Short Sales a slow and irritating process.
Hopefully this will make Short Sales in Kansas City much easier for our Greater Kansas City Area Agents!
